What is a no-obligation on site estimate?
We want to make sure we give you an accurate price, and since we price based on how much space your items take up in the trailer, we need to see your items in person before we can give you a final estimate. As soon as we arrive, we’ll take a look at all of the items you want to have removed and provide an exact price before starting the work. We only start the job if you are happy with the price, so if you choose not to proceed, just say the word and we’ll be on our way.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
How do I cancel or change my appointment?
You can always change or cancel your appointment at any time. Just call us at (281) 794-4384 and we'll be happy to help you make changes to your appointment.
Can you remove my junk if I’m not onsite?
It depends on where the items are located. If the items are outside, we can get the job done even if you aren't home, as long as the items are easily accessible and we can take payment over the phone. However, some locations do require you to be at home in order to remove your items.
Can you remove large and bulky items?
Absolutely! We have advanced equipment to aid in loading.
Can you complete full-house clean outs?
We work hard to accommodate every job, large or small. To schedule a full house clean out, contact us and we’ll find an available time. The time it takes to complete a full house clean out will vary depending on the size of your home
Is a junk removal quote free?
When you receive a quote from Demo Junkie, it is always free. There is also no obligation attached, so whenever you receive a quote from us, you are always able to decline our services if you aren’t satisfied with our pricing.
Are there items that you cannot remove?
We cannot remove the following items:
- Anything containing oil or fuel
- Asbestos
- Biological or medical waste
- Boats
- Chemicals
- Human or animal waste
- Oil-based paint, stain, or thinner
- Propane tanks (even if empty)
- RVs
- Vehicles
Why is there a minimum charge?
Our charge includes our transportation, labor, and disposal costs. Landfills charge us just like they would charge you. Our cost to drive to your property is the same whether we remove one item or a whole truckload.
Will you move things for me from one location to another?
No. We are not licensed or insured for the purposes of transporting personal property in a safe and secure manner. We remove junk — things that you don’t want to keep.
My schedule is crazy and no one is home during your normal hours. What can I do?
We routinely make appointments on Saturdays and, if necessary, we will consider making an appointment after 5:00 as long as it is still daylight.
I am considering using your services on a regular basis for my business. Do you offer any discounts or special benefits to commercial customers?
